have a lenovo G570 computer and recently lost the cd/dvd drive. what can i do to reinstall? The cd/dvd drive used to work fine. Now when I put in a cd or dvd it won't engage or start.
I also tried uninstalling drivers and reinstallingnot working. I'm thinking I just need DVD movie player like the original software that was on there, but it does not recognize my Laptop as eligible to download the software even though we used to have the Lenovo Power DVD. So that's probably all I really need back. What do I do to get it?
